People Coordinator (Temporary)

We are seeking a talented People Coordinator to join our client's team - a leading tech company. As the first point of contact for all general People queries, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our teams across the globe.
In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by efficiently managing all administration tasks related to our people, systems, and processes. Additionally, you will be part of an exciting project to implement a new HRIS, streamlining and automating our People systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary contact for general People queries, ensuring timely and approachable responses.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information, conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
3. Own and implement essential processes including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding.
4. Generate necessary paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle, such as contracts, letters, and documentation.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to create reports using the HRIS.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a high-volume administrative function.
2. Passion for systems, processes, and People Operations.
3. Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organisational skills.
4. Strong prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
