As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee our projects and ensure they are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple mechanical building services (HVAC) contracts from inception to completion.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet client expectations.
* Ensure all works comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
* Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring profitability and timely delivery.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Prepare and review technical reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within mechanical building services (HVAC).
* In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical services project management.
* Strong understanding of industry standards, including health and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

Job Details
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Schedule: Monday to Friday - Flexibility as required
* Experience: Contracts Management: 3 years (required). Mechanical building services (HVAC): 5 years (preferred)
* Qualifications: HNC/D or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (preferred). SMSTS or IOSH certification (preferred)
* Work Location: Based in Leeds with travel to project sites.
