Role Title: Senior Business Development Consultant Healthcare Sector
Location: Home Based (Work from home or office)
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays, holiday rising to 28 days with length of service
Office Hours: Monday Thursday 8am 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am 12pm
Salary: £27.5k-£45k Basic (+ Uncapped, no threshold Commission OTE 50% of base in year 1, 100%+ in year 2 onwards)
Progression: Clear progression pathway to take successful candidates forwards.
T2 Group are one of the largest training and coaching organisations, based in Wales but operating largely in England. T2 is a primary contract holder with the Education & Skills Funding Agency (England), providing funding to companies and individuals across England.
The Role:
The roles will involve business developing and then account managing your client wins. Your starting level will be based on the experience you are bringing to the table. We have a clear progression pathway to ensure our people are always working to a goal.
OTE: 50% of salary year 1, 100% of salary year 2 onwards, commission uncapped and commission guarantees for the first 3 months could be considered.
The Person:
The very best candidates for this role are brilliant communicators. They are smart, bubbly, and articulate. A person who has the confidence to ask questions when others don’t is ideal for this role! We have a successful track record of taking bright people with the skills mentioned and making them into amazing, successful business developers and account managers. You must be motivated by success, driven, and ready to work hard!
Must Haves:
* Sold apprenticeships, AEB or Training
* Ideally sold in the Care sector - Care Homes, Community Care, and the wider sector
* Confidence to engage with people at all levels
* Listening skills to absorb what people are saying
* Customer Service skills
* Self-motivated and able to initiate tasks independently
* Attention to detail and pride in their work
* Able to learn and absorb information, processes, and procedures
After Training:
After a week of training at head office (accommodation and travel paid for), you will be working from home using our CRM. You will be provided with leads and a database of potential customers, dormant, and possibly some live accounts to get you started.
Using modern systems, you will be speaking to key people within the Health and Social Care sector about their training needs. You will become a funding expert, able to discuss different funding and incentives available to them. Your customers will trust your honesty and integrity, and you will manage any client you bring on, account managing them into the future.
You will start your business development using a CRM system already populated with your prospects. In many cases, it will already have key information on who you need to talk to and details of any previous interactions. Over time, your diary will be filled with scheduled calls to contacts you have developed, building rapport, trust, and integrity. Once you have won clients, your role will be to manage those relationships going forward, and in time, you will focus less on new business development as your day will be spent working with existing accounts.
