Service Desk Manager
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £45-55k + 10% bonus + excellent benefits

An industry leading national company is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join the business to oversee a large internal service desk function.
You will be responsible for managing a 1st and 2nd line team including team leaders and some change and delivery professionals.
This company seeks a customer-focused individual who can provide strong leadership and road mapping to ensure the continued delivery of IT services.
Required Skills:
1. Strong customer-facing experience
2. Experience working within a service desk
3. Experience resolving application support issues
4. Ability to escalate issues effectively to developers
5. Experience managing or improving a service desk
6. Previous leadership experience with mentoring, coaching, setting KPI's and SLA's
7. ITIL certification
8. Strong stakeholder management skills
