Are you an experienced Human Resources Administrator who is ready to take on an exciting and varied role in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a highly organised individual who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Inspire North are an award-winning charity, you could join us as a People Assistant within our friendly People Team. You will be providing excellent administration support to the business across the full employee lifecycle, supporting line managers in HR processes, including note taking investigations, answering queries, and solving problems. Understanding of what HR is all about is preferred, but not essential as there will be opportunities for training and development for the successful candidate.
If you have:
• Excellent customer service and administration experience
• Experience working with HR Systems
• Confident communication with a team player approach
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain and update records accurately
• Organisation skills, you’re proactive and can take initiative to plan and manage own workload
