Partner Success Manager
Location: Flexible Hybrid working available - based from our Bristol City Centre HQ
Salary: up to 30k
OTE : £45k
*First-stage interviews will be scheduled from 6th January 2025*
Your Role:
As a Partner Success Manager at Best.Energy, you’ll be the driving force behind our relationships with key partners including distributors and resellers. Your mission: onboard, nurture, and grow partnerships to create shared success. With your expertise in energy efficiency and knack for building trust, you’ll identify opportunities, enable partner success, and drive joint growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Partner Relationships: Build lasting connections with partners, acting as their go-to contact.
* Business Growth: Collaborate to uncover new opportunities, support Partners to generate leads, and boost sales.
* Strategic Planning: Develop tailored account plans and track partner performance to deliver results.
* Training & Support: Empower partners with product training, insights, and resources to succeed.
* Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide actionable insights to our team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3+ years in partner/ account management, business development, onboarding or sales, ideally in energy efficiency, clean energy, or sustainability.
* Expertise: Knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and a proven ability to manage partnerships and drive growth.
* Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
* Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
* Preferred: Familiarity with industry standards, incentive programmes, and project management experience.
