We are seeking a commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of company business objectives through effective management and co-ordination of the centre.
Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a similar role, be dynamic and able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and life insurance.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the centre
* Managing and co-ordinating the centre's operations
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints
