About the Partnerships Administrator Role This Partnerships Administrator role will be responsible for the administration of third party bookings to ensure the correct processing, recording and communication of bookings, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. The completion of all necessary documentation associated with third party bookings, specifically Booking.com and Airbnb. The role will also include liaising with internal operational teams to ensure that best possible customer experience both for holidaymakers and Owners. Responsibilities: Completing administrative tasks to support the partnerships team and wider marketing department to ensure an effective and efficient internal service. Ensuring all documentation in relation to all third party bookings (including Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor and HomeAway) are completed accurately and to set deadlines. Taking customer queries via Booking.com dashboard, resolving issues and answering questions where necessary Working alongside our Owners team to ensure property listings are detailed and up to date on our partners Providing support to others within the marketing team during busy periods (i.e. Peak periods, sickness and holidays). Any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
