We are working with a specialist Engineering Consultancy to find experienced Façade Engineer / Structural Engineer to work on a great range of unique construction and sculptural projects.
As Senior Façade Engineer your role will be:
1. Execute and coordinate projects, providing high-quality technical design.
2. Produce technical design information, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
3. Review and approve reports, designs, drawings, sketches, and calculations in accordance with quality procedures.
4. Manage the project management and financial control of small and medium-sized projects.
5. Support and supervise junior team members.
6. Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
7. Attend and contribute to design meetings and site meetings, recording actions.
Are you:
8. HND/HNC in civil or structural engineering.
9. In-depth understanding of structural engineering and façade physics.
10. Experience in briefing CAD technicians and supervising junior team members.
11. University degree in civil or structural engineering.
12. Professional qualification with ICE or IStructE.
13. Working knowledge of SCIA and Tekla Building Designer.
