Job Details
* This is a lead role within the Power Platform engineering team accountable for the management of the platform, development and maintenance of Pro Developer solutions and technical leadership for our Citizen Development community.
* This role sits within our wider Chief Information Office (CIO) within the Colleague Engineering team.
* You will be understanding business requirements to support with the design, implementation and service transition of solutions working in collaboration with our operational teams.
* You will be troubleshooting complex problems, including preview and early adopter technologies, with a determination to understanding root cause.
* You will be ensuring that new and existing solutions meet internal standards for security and stability and that those standards are being upheld across our Power Platform development community.
* You will drive collaboration across teams for operational improvement, platform enhancements and incident reduction.
Skills we would love you to have
* You will have prior experience with Microsoft Power Platform with a preference for hands on experience using Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
* You will be experienced in developing enterprise solutions using Power Platform as a pro developer meeting the standards required for business critical solutions.
* You will have experience managing platform configuration within Power Platform including Environment Management, Data Loss Policies and on-premises Power Platform Gateways.
* You will be familiar with working in an Agile / Sprint environment.
* You will have an automation first mindset and have experience of using automation in solutions or to solve problems.
* You will have excellent communication skills in this position as you will be collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in your day-to-day role.
* You will be proficient with the designing and execution of test scenarios.
* You will be able to learn and develop your skills independently using training resources made available to you.

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)Flexible
