We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, executing strategies to drive and sustain brand visibility and mental availability and ultimately drive sales. With a keen understanding of market trends and audience behaviour, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns that ensure we are reaching the right audience, with the right message, at the right time.
In this role, you will collaborate with client facing executive teams to ensure cohesive, differentiated and impactful brand messaging across various channels to drive engagement and relationship building opportunities across current and potential clients. You will report firstly into the UK MD’s but also work closely with the Irish senior team member responsible for marketing, and ultimately the Group CEO.
You will immerse yourself in the brands areas of expertise (with significant collateral already available for use) and use these to develop a platform for growth. Additionally, you will monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing efforts.

The Group has been providing high quality research, insight and polling-based consultancy services to business, communities and government both nationally and internationally for over twenty years.
It is also a leading member of WIN (the Worldwide Independent Network), with the group CEO also being President of the Network. WIN is a global network conducting market research and opinion polls in every continent, and has companies based in 48 countries worldwide, covering 90% of the countries with the research they conduct.
Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in supporting the executive team across each of the brands and markets to enhance brand awareness, strengthen market saliency, and cultivate strategic connections that drive sales opportunities. You will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure the company stands out in the competitive market research landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
* Collaborate with the executive team and senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and awareness.
* Create and manage marketing campaigns for lead generation, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
* Oversee content creation for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, whitepapers and showcase events that ultimately drive sales opportunities.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and optimise results.
Brand Development
* Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communications.
* Develop and maintain promotional tools, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support business development efforts.
* Position the company as a thought leader in the market research industry through strategic PR initiatives, webinars, award entries and partnerships.
Relationship Building
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners to ultimately generate sales opportunities.
* Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to identify and establish new connections.
* Develop and maintain a CRM system to track leads, partnerships, and ongoing relationships.
* Work closely with Research Executives to identify and target prospective clients and generate leads.
* Provide tailored marketing collateral and insights to support sales pitches and proposals.
* Collaborate on client-focused campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Insights and Reporting
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
* Deliver regular updates and reports to senior management on marketing activities, relationship-building efforts, and their impact on sales pipelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience
* Proven track record (3+ years) in marketing, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the market research or professional services sector.
Skills and Competencies
* Performance marketing experience, with the ability to convert marketing activity into sales meetings.
* Experience or exposure of leading marketing campaigns at a manager level.
* Creative mindset, able to build compelling stories and hooks.
* A broad understanding of the types of questions market research and insight consultancy helps to answer for companies and brands.
* An ability to understand market research processes and insight-based tools and analysis.
* A good understanding of the principles of brand growth, including the need to drive mental and physical availability, the use and implementation of distinctive brand assets, broad based targeting etc.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as CRM and analytics platforms.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in data & analytics, SaaS, or working with global brands is a plus.
Hours and Remuneration
The role will cover marketing support across the Group including RED C Ireland, RED C UK and Relish. It is envisaged that 4/5 th of your time will be focused on our desire to further grow in the UK market, with 1 day a week on average remotely managing and supporting the Irish business which is based in Dublin.
We are currently planning a move into a brand-new RED C UK / Relish office located between Tottenham Court Road and Holborn in Central London in Q2 of 2025. Our policies require that employees are in person in the office at least 2 days a week, with a maximum of 3 days working from home. Plus, there may also be the need for occasional trips to Dublin. There will also be times when you may have to work or be on calls outside of normal working hours.
The position will provide a benchmarked renumeration package, including salary, company pension benefits, 25 days holidays, Birthday Day off and discretionary bonus payments.
