Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE.

We are looking for a talented individual to provide advice and support on building performance. This role involves delivering project management, facilities and estate management, and procurement support. The level of appointment will be determined based on the experience of the successful candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation that is committed to excellence in building performance. Whether joining at a Consultant or Senior Consultant level, you will have the opportunity to use and develop your expertise in Facilities Management, Estate Management, and problem-solving.
The role is based in Adderbury, with opportunities for home working and client site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise and support clients on estates and facilities planning and delivery
2. Collaborate with the team to deliver project solutions
3. Conduct technical assessments and operational modelling
4. Represent the organisation and its clients professionally, both internally and externally
5. Clearly communicate findings through reports and presentations
6. Contribute to business development by identifying sales opportunities and assisting in preparing proposals
7. Provide guidance on health & safety and statutory compliance
8. Assist with general office management tasks
9. Mentor and support junior team members (for Senior Consultant level)
What We Are Looking For:
1. A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in workplace wellbeing, facilities management, mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, or project management
2. Experience in the built environment, construction, maintenance, or FM sectors
3. A proactive approach and ability to drive or support project results
4. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
5. Experience in planning and delivering projects on time and within budget
6. Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
7. Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Membership in a relevant industry body (desirable)
