Role Brinsworth House now seeks a dedicated and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our management team and contribute to the smooth running of our care home. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient administrative support to the management team. Provide administrative assistance in the charity's grant applications, mental health support applications and residential applications. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required. Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. Liaise with staff, residents, and external stakeholders as needed. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a care or hospitality environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A proactive and positive attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
