Over the next two years you’ll use your blend of project management, creative and facilitative skills to take us through a critical two-year project phase. You’ll use hybrid project management approaches to fundraise, resource and deliver temporary exhibitions. Your methodical approaches to evaluation, testing and learning will meaningfully engage creative partners, communities, and consultants, and evolve our thinking. You’ll then work with colleagues and partners on a spatial planning process that will be informed by your learning and developed within the constraints of a historic house. As part of this you’ll be organising and running workshops and overseeing the creation and management of an advisory panel alongside our Curators. You’ll need to establish and maintain an effective reporting system and use our project management frameworks to ensure the project stays on track, secures the resources it needs and learns as it evolves.
