About the Role
The Sales Development Representative position offers an exceptional opportunity for aspiring sales and marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and generate appointments for our Sales Team by generating & qualifying sales leads and converting them into opportunities.
* Engage with prospects, including business owners, directors, and HR/Payroll professionals to showcase our products and services.
* Deliver tailored marketing content and identify new potential opportunities within our CRM.
Requirements
* Experience within a Sales/Business Development Representative role (SAAS/Services company is ideal).
* Self-starter with strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability.
* Good understanding of call structuring, conversation control, and pitching.
* Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
