They are now looking to grow their team by adding a new Business Development Head to the team to grow offerings throughout the West Midlands region (Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool).

Key responsibilities:
* Execute strategic plans, hitting and exceeding targets.
* Identify and evaluate new development opportunities, market trends and present to gain leadership support; activating new centre activity and development.
* Managing CMR systems and regularly updated to wider team on business development.
* Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
* Support commercial, marketing and referral engagement activities to help drive business.
Experience:
* Medical device sales experience.
* Strong target-based sales performance; strategic with proven tactical delivery.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
* Proven ability to make good decisions, using good judgement.
* Evenings and weekends will occasionally be required.
* Full valid driving license.
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
