Position: Real Estate Account Handler Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 The client is Independent Broker who is looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced account handler to help support with the management of their residential real estate clients. You will be joining a successful and ever-growing team with plenty of progression opportunities. The Opportunity The opportunity is for an experienced real estate account handler. You will be supporting the account executives with their clients and assisting clients through new business, renewals, mta’s and any technical questions they may have. Coming in as a senior hire they are looking for a professional who has supported junior colleagues acting as a technical referral point and take lead on clients. The clients are based across the UK with a focus on larger residential portfolios. The team is very friendly and welcoming, you will be working alongside colleagues ranging in experience, have senior colleagues you can rely on and the ability to develop long term within the company. Ideally you will have existing real estate broking experience. However, if you have strong experience in Property Owners this will also be considered. What’s needed for me to be considered?
