About the Role
Were seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our C-suite leadership team. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving TransferGos financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our ambitious growth goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth fintech company at an exciting stage of expansion.
What Youll Do
1. Lead and manage all aspects of TransferGos financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
2. Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute the companys long-term growth strategy.
3. Develop strategies to support expansion into the SME market while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
4. Oversee financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure scalability and efficiency in a rapidly growing organisation.
5. Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders, preparing for potential fundraising, M&A, or IPO opportunities.
6. Drive data-driven decision-making by providing insights on key financial metrics and market trends.
7. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
1. Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth organisation, ideally in fintech or technology sectors.
2. Strong track record of scaling businesses and navigating financial complexities associated with global expansion.
3. Expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets. Experience with IPOs or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
4. Deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and compliance, with a focus on scalability and operational excellence.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and inspire cross-functional teams.
6. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
7. Passion for fintech and a commitment to TransferGos mission of simplifying global payments.
