Year 3 Teacher Our partner primary school in Salford (M7) are seeking to recruit a Year 3 teacher to start after Easter half term. - Full time position, initially fixed term 12 month contract - FQT or ECT - Salford M5 Teaching Personnel are working alongside a one form entry Ofsted rated “Good” Salford primary school to recruit the best and most suitable Year 3 teacher for their school. The school has well renowned and high standards and fully immersing the school’s team ethic is needed to succeed here. At an important stage of the children’s education, the incoming Year 3 teacher will need to have the utmost commitment and dedication to this post, taking on full time responsibilities. In return, the management and whole school are ready to offer the successful teacher extensive and regular support including through ECT induction year. The school is well known to their track record of success and school improvement in the Salford area so is a great school if you are looking to progress in your teaching career. The year 3 teacher will be given adequate timetabled PPA time to plan alongside their parallel teacher and have the use of a skilled teaching assistant in class that currently takes a lead in maths and literacy intervention groups.
