Are you an experienced Floor Layer looking for a fantastic opportunity in the social housing sector? Our client, a leading company in responsive repairs, is seeking skilled professionals in Portsmouth and Southampton to join their team.
Role Details
* Position: Floor Layer
* Pay Rate: £22.75 per hour (temp)
* Permanent Salary: £34,400 base (39-hour week)
* Hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Benefits:
* Paid door-to-door travel!

* Location: Responsive repair work across Portsmouth and Southampton.
Responsibilities
* Installing vinyl and carpets in social housing properties.
* Cap and cove work (preferred but not essential).
* Utilize additional trade skills to enhance service delivery (bonus if you have them!)
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Time-served Floor Layers with strong vinyl and carpet installation skills.
* License: Full UK driving license (up to 6 penalty points accepted).
* Attitude: Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
* Qualifications: No formal qualifications needed experience matters most!
