Buying a souvenir is always a big part of having a super day out - and the retail team at the National Railway Museum love helping people get exactly what they are looking for - be it a key ring, a bottle of our Mallard Brew or a one-off locomotive model.
To help continue the experience our world class galleries offer our diverse audiences, we are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join us for 2 shifts per week on a rota basis, (10 hours pw), on a permanent contract. The hours of the shifts will be 11am - 4.30pm.
Interacting and helping our visitors with their purchases will be the essence of your work, ensuring that they have a great day and providing them with a great experience within the retail outlets. You'll also be replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
