Job Title: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Instagram & Facebook) Project Duration: 15 hours a week Compensation: $5/hour Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support lead generation efforts on Instagram and Facebook. The goal is to build authentic engagement and convert followers into high-ticket program clients through relationship-building and non-intrusive outreach. The VA will use existing content and brand voice to initiate conversations and drive warm leads into the funnel. Key Responsibilities: Engagement & Outreach: Conduct daily engagement with ideal client profiles on Instagram and Facebook Follow and interact with followers of competitor/coaches accounts Respond and reach out via DMs using pre-approved scripts and custom messages Invite and encourage potential leads to join the Facebook group when appropriate Lead Research & Targeting: Identify high-quality prospects by reviewing content, bios, and account activity Engage with posts, stories, and comments to build familiarity before messaging Adjust engagement strategy depending on platform features and audience behavior Daily Reporting: Update a Google Spreadsheet with engagement activity, including: Name Instagram/Facebook handle Engagement notes Message status (e.g., reached out, responded, followed up) Provide updates and ask questions in the dedicated Slack channel Qualifications: Proven experience in social media lead generation, especially for coaches or high-ticket offers Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook engagement best practices Excellent English communication and writing skills Experience with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus Ability to adapt voice and tone based on brand guidelines Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours (UK timezone preferred) Reporting & Tools: Daily updates via Slack Lead tracking in Google Sheets Communication templates provided and customized with client input
