This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes who enjoys hands-on admin working and mentoring others. Key responsibilities: Manage and support day-to-day pension administration tasks Handle and review complex benefit calculations Check and support the work of junior team members Monitor processes, meet deadlines, and help improve team efficiency Take part in client meetings and respond to queries Work closely with other teams across the business Support and coach junior colleagues within the team Key skills and experience required: Previous / current pensions administration experience in DC. Confident in performing daily manual calculations and checking other colleagues work. A good understanding of pensions legislation Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisation skills.
