Job Title: IFA Administrator
Salary: up to £30,000 – all levels of experience considered
Location: Bristol
Reports To: Independent Financial Advisor / Director
The IFA Administrator is responsible for delivering efficient administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). This role involves handling client documentation, maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative assistance to IFAs and the financial planning team.
* Prepare client documentation, application forms, and letters of authority.
* Maintain and update client files, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.
* Schedule client meetings and manage the IFA’s calendar.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance, business, or a related field is advantageous.
* Previous experience in a financial services administration role is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and insurance, is beneficial.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as FCA compliance and GDPR.
