We are seeking a skilled AHU Engineer to commission, service and maintain Air Handling Units and other associated equipment in the London Area.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled AHU Engineer to join our team in the London Area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AHU commissioning, excellent fault diagnosis and commissioning skills, and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Attend sites as directed to carry out technical assistance and engineering duties, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance, repair, refurbishment, alteration, modification or commissioning of plant and equipment as contracted.
* Produce weekly reports, timesheets, etc, providing all necessary details to enable administrative staff to collate records and manage the business effectively.
* Use resources provided in accordance with requirements, including equipment such as company clothing, PPE, test equipment, access equipment, refrigerant, stock, vehicles and documentation.
* Prepare risk assessments on site to achieve compliance with health, safety and environmental duties.
* Identify opportunities to add value to clients through the provision of additional or alternative services.
* Assist in local sales activities by submitting sales leads to the sales team.
* Participate in meetings, briefings, training courses as part of the company's overall communications and development processes.
**Requirements:**
* Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points and no pending cases.
* Enhanced DBS checks as required by the company.
* Electrical qualifications beneficial for the role.
* F-Gas and City and Guilds 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning advantageous.
* Excellent fault diagnosis and commissioning skills on AHUs and Air-Conditioning equipment.
* IT skills required, including Microsoft package: Word & Excel, database, email etc.
* Able to work alone and as part of a team.
* Extensive experience in AHU commissioning.
* Geographical knowledge of the London Area.
* Willing to work at height and in confined spaces when required.
