communicator and relationship builder to manage our agency relations and
third-party partnerships, ensuring impactful PR and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Brand Awareness:
* Develop
and implement a PR strategy that enhances brand visibility and reinforces
Thesleff Group as a leader in luxury hospitality.
* Manage
relationships with Press Agencies & Influencers ensuring alignment
with brand messaging and maximising media exposure.
* Coordinate
and manage press & influencer bookings.
* Oversee
press outreach, media requests, and interview coordination, securing
high-profile features in luxury, lifestyle, and hospitality publications.
* Work
closely with the Marketing team to ensure PR campaigns align with brand
initiatives, seasonal promotions, and events.
* Handle
crisis communication, ensuring brand reputation is maintained through
proactive and reactive PR strategies.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
* Develop
and nurture strategic partnerships with third-party brands, luxury trends,
influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand positioning.
* Identify
and secure collaborations with like-minded brands across hospitality,
fashion, lifestyle, and luxury sectors to create unique experiences and
campaigns.
* Manage
relationships with key suppliers, event organisers, and concierge
services, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutually beneficial results.
* Lead
the negotiation and execution of brand activations, sponsorships, and
experiential marketing partnerships.
Media & Influencer Relations:
* Build
and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers,
and key media figures to ensure consistent press coverage.
* Curate
and manage press events, media dinners, and exclusive previews, ensuring
impactful storytelling and brand engagement.
* Oversee
influencer marketing strategies, ensuring brand alignment and effective
content collaborations.
Events & Campaign Management:
* Work
closely with the Events team to amplify key launches, private dining
experiences, and brand activations.
* Ensure
all PR and partnership-led events are executed flawlessly, maintaining a
strong presence in London’s luxury and hospitality scenes.
* Track
campaign performance and measure ROI, providing data-driven insights to
optimise future initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven
experience in PR, partnerships, or brand collaborations within the luxury
hospitality, lifestyle, or fashion industries.
* A
strong network of media contacts across food, drink, luxury, and lifestyle
sectors.
* Experience
managing PR agencies and external partners, ensuring alignment with brand
objectives.
* Exceptional
communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for
nurturing long-term partnerships.
* A
deep understanding of luxury hospitality and brand storytelling, with a
keen eye for emerging trends.
* Experience
in event management, influencer marketing, and sponsorship activation.
* Strong
organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to execute
high-profile campaigns under pressure.
* Self-motivated
and strategic, with the ability to think creatively and commercially.
