Key Responsibilities of a Room Service Supervisor: Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hotels room service, ensuring consistent, high-quality service is delivered to guests. Collaborate with other departmental managers, keeping them informed of any Food & Beverage challenges as they arise and working together to resolve issues efficiently. Supervise and guide the Room Service team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service. Train, coach, and develop the Room Service team to ensure service consistency and adherence to hotel standards. Ensure timely and accurate order delivery to guest rooms, maintaining attention to detail in both food quality and presentation. Monitor room service inventory levels, ensuring stock is adequately maintained and all items are in good condition. Handle guest feedback and concerns, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. What are we looking for?
