The Solution Automotive Limited is a leading provider of accident repair services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Collision Repair Craftsman to join our team.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing complex damage to vehicles, using a range of techniques and materials to achieve a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assess and repair complex damage to vehicle bodies, using a range of techniques and materials
* To work closely with other teams to ensure that repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
* To maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
