We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Harwood Road, York. The salary is starting from £30,000 plus a £3,000 car allowance.
The hours of this role are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:30, which includes flexible working.
This is a full-time position as a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
This role is hybrid; the colleague will need to be able to go to site at any given moment as this role can be quite reactive. A driving licence is required for this role, and we will conduct a DBS check.
About the role:
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties. The colleague will respond appropriately to issues as they arise, ensuring work is delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while working with our internal hard and soft FM teams alongside contractors.
This is a blended role of property management and facilities management. We're looking for good customer service and good rapport building with customers as the Estates Coordinator position is the first point of contact for people onsite. You will be working on systems such as Core and Power BI; training will be provided.
An IOSH and healthcare experience is desirable, and legionella awareness is essential.
