Our client, a leading provider of clinical services to the NHS, seeks an experienced Interim Business Development Director.
Contract Details:
1. Duration: 6 months
2. Rate: £(Apply online only) per day
3. Location: Remote with travel to client site and occasional travel to HQ
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to grow NHS partnerships
2. Lead tender submissions and contract negotiations
3. Manage a team of 20+ field staff through 3 direct reports
4. Implement structure and process around sales pipeline
5. Align service offerings with NHS requirements and standards
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven track record as a Business Development Director in healthcare
2. Successful history of securing and expanding NHS contracts
3. Experience leading large, distributed teams
4. Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes
5. Excellent communication and networking skills
6. Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities
7. Available for immediate start
