Job Overview
You will be part of a highly customer-focused team working to deliver our Membership management solution. As a Functional Consultant you will work alongside a Project Manager to:
1. Design and scope the customer membership solution needs and requirements
2. Advise, build and maintain membership systems according to customer needs and specifications
3. Develop excellent all-round customer relations at all levels
4. Be actively involved from late sales (possibly assisting in presales) through to hand over to our support team
5. Identify and clearly document the customers business requirements and processes aligning it to the Silverbear solution
6. Deliver the CRM and Portal configuration, customization and guide the implementation of the solution within each project
Desirable attributes and experience:
1. Have minimum 5 years professional experience in a software/IT environment/membership management
2. Proven record of having responsibility and managing multiple workloads with time-critical deliverables (desirable)
3. Experience of working in the Membership Management space (desirable)
4. Able to demonstrate use of a project management methodology (desirable)
5. CRM experience
