Our client are specialist manufacturers who are real leaders in their field. Their Sheffield offices have a requirement available for an experienced Administrator to join their sales support team. This is an office-based role working Monday – Friday 10 am – 4 pm.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied Sales Administration role. This is a fantastic position for a passionate Administrator who is customer focussed, driven and looking for a busy role. Working as part of a small and friendly team, the successful candidate will be supported and offered training and development opportunities.
This Sales Administration role will be responsible for the following duties; - Processing customer orders using the internal CRM system – Generating and issuing invoices through the CRM system - Taking payments on behalf of customers – Forging strong relationships with customers via telephone and email – Ensuring the company CRM system is kept up to date at all times with customer interactions - Working collaboratively with the wider team including the Sales and Branch Managers – Providing order status updates to customers - ...
