Maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies. Preparing financial reports for management. Ensure all emails and documents are uploaded to claims database. Record all claims updates on daily spreadsheet. First point of contact for all claims and hold latest update information. Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulations. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department. Profile A successful Finance Administrator should have: Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Outstanding attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
