The Role: Provide supervision and support for students aged 11-16, encouraging their engagement in learning and helping them work towards their goals. Deliver one-to-one interventions off-site to support students in alternative learning environments. Implement strategies to assist pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, tailoring support to their individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues to manage behaviour positively, following each student's Behaviour Support Plan. Offer targeted support to ensure students’ safety and facilitate their participation in learning activities. Deliver small sections of the curriculum to individual students under the guidance of teaching staff. About You: A recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Passionate about working with students with SEN and emotional or behavioural difficulties. A strong commitment to positive behaviour management and student wellbeing. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances. Must have a full driving licence and access to a car, as the role involves offsite interventions with students.
