Position: Support Practitioner (Nights)
As a Support Practitioner (Nights), your role will be to provide compassionate care and support for children and young people, ensuring their needs are met in a safe and nurturing environment. A full manual driving licence is required for this role. You will work closely with the team to implement individual care plans and strategies that promote the well-being of each child, while fostering positive, trusting relationships. Your responsibilities will also include supporting children’s emotional and social development, helping them to engage in activities that enhance their lives and support their inclusion within their community.
