This focus is essential not only for personal development but also for advancing our strategic supply chain objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive initiatives in supply and demand planning, including data-driven forecasting to optimise our global supply chain efficiency and profitability.
* Utilise predictive analytics and market trends to enhance forecast accuracy, support strategic decision-making, and improve inventory turnover.
* Lead process improvement projects, including ERP implementations and enhancements, to streamline operations and reduce costs through technological advancements.
* Supervise one direct report, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.
* Engage with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Service divisions to promote knowledge sharing and drive collective success.
* Implement robust inventory control mechanisms and cost management strategies to maintain financial health and product availability.
* Enhance S&OP processes and product lifecycle management.
* Develop innovative solutions to keep operations agile and responsive to market changes.
* Develop comprehensive business analysis reports, utilizing tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and programming languages for deeper insights.
Candidate Specification
Key Skills & Experience:
