Your new role as a Control Panel Workshop Manager will involve:
1. Overseeing the production and assembly of switchgear and control panels.
2. Managing day-to-day operations and assigning tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
3. Working closely with the design team to ensure compliance with project specifications.
4. Providing leadership to the workshop team while maintaining high safety standards.
5. Assembling electrical switchgear and associated electromechanical equipment/systems according to engineering drawings and production timescales.
6. Overseeing the testing of switchgear, control panels, and busbar systems, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
