This individual will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with ServiceNow field sales teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including technology workflows, industry workflows, and creator workflows, and a proven track record of collaborative selling alongside ServiceNow sales teams for over five years. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute market development strategies for ServiceNow solutions, focusing on technology workflows, industry workflows, and creator workflows Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with ServiceNow field sales teams and other key stakeholders to drive joint sales opportunities and expand Coforge’s market presence Collaborate with Coforge’s solution, delivery and corporate marketing tram to attain service-now global recognition in the public domain and anchor for event planning and successful execution Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, leveraging strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and client pain points Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, solution architects, delivery) to align Coforge’s offerings with market demand and ServiceNow’s go-to-market strategy Manage the sales process from lead generation through close, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow advancements, industry trends, and competitor activity to refine Coforge’s approach and enhance solution offerings Role Competency: 5 years of collaborative selling experience with ServiceNow field sales teams in UK & Europe, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proven expertise in selling technology workflows, industry workflows, and creator workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem Strong understanding of digital transformation and the ability to articulate the value of ServiceNow solutions in solving client challenges Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach to client engagements Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: Competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance bonuses, and benefits A collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth and development Opportunity to work with leading clients and shape digital transformation initiatives Career progression within a fast-growing, global company If you’re passionate about helping businesses harness the power of ServiceNow and have the experience to drive growth in Europe, we want to hear from you.
