Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary School Teacher/Cover Supervisor to join our team as a supply teacher. This role is ideal for a flexible and adaptable individual who can seamlessly step in to cover classes and support teaching staff as needed. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Support students with their learning and address any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure continuity in the delivery of the curriculum. Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the school leadership team. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to teach a variety of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the school. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. We would love to hear from candidates who are seeking full time, part-time or flexible supply work. You will be working Monday to Friday, during term time only. School hours may vary slightly depending on the school.
