At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
About the role:
Our charity shops and online selling platforms play a significant role in raising funds to enable us to provide our services for people across Coventry and Warwickshire. We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Assistant to join our close-knit online sales team.
As an Ecommerce Assistant, your day-to-day work will include:
- Photographing items
- Creating online sales listings
- Maintaining our retail website and other selling platforms
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring that items are well packaged and dispatched on time
You’ll be supporting our work by bringing in a vital source of income for the charity and providing excellent service to attract customer loyalty.
About you:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Good literacy and numeracy
- Organisation skills
- A keen eye for detail
- An interest in fashion and/or collectables
- Experience in online selling
Other roles you might have experience of could include: E-Commerce; Customer Service; Online Sales; Retail; Digital Marketing.
