Receptionist/telephonist. 21 hours per week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Typing from dictation. Managing post in and out.
Supervising meeting rooms, providing refreshments for visiting clients.
Ordering kitchen supplies and stationery for the office.
General administration as required by the Office Manager.
Logging client details and documents in the back office system, Intelligent Office.
Booking client appointments for colleagues.
Must have own transport to get to our rural office.
