To provide routine general practice nursing care for patients attending the GP Surgery. Routine management of chronic disease, contraception and sexual health advice, cervical screening, minor illness and minor injury, travel advice, childhood immunisations, health promotion and routine treatment room duties.Working for our organisation CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries. * Registered Nurse (Adult)
* V300 Non-medical prescribing, An in-depth knowledge of evidence based health interventions
* Chronic Disease management in accordance with NICE guidelines and DOH
Desirable criteria
* Evidence of continuous professional development in sexual health and contraception, A minimum of 3 years current experience as a practice nurse
* Experience of providing patient-centred services in a primary care setting

* Experience in use of IT systems and electronic patient records, You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This is a permanent part time position 24 hours per week.
