Yoto’s Product Team - Family Acquisition Cluster, eComm x App
The Family Acquisition team is one of 5 “Mission Clusters” we have at Yoto that work on our core product. These are cross-functional teams designed to work as autonomously as possible. Family acquisition is all about helping to convert potential families into Yoto active families, looking after Conversion Driving pages (Player pages, Bundles, Homepage), Purchasing (Basket, Discount, Checkout) and supporting our CMS.
We’ve got plenty of exciting challenges and opportunities ahead. A big focus is refining how we communicate Yoto’s value in family life and what makes us stand out. We’re also working more closely with our eCommerce team to improve how we trade on our D2C sites, making sure families have the best possible shopping experience. As we grow internationally, we need to put the right systems in place to support expansion into new markets.
Families have also been asking for a seamless way to shop in the Yoto App, and we’re making it happen. We’re building a small, focused team to move fast on this and need an eCommerce expert to break it down into clear milestones and bring the first version to life.
What you’ll be doing:
* Help shape the Family Acquisition strategy to understand how we can turn potential buyers into lifelong Yoto families.
* Lead the introduction of eCommerce within our apps, steering a small working group towards an initial milestone of enabling in-app purchasing.
* Take ownership of key conversion landing pages, such as our Player pages and the checkout journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
* Support our eCommerce teams in optimising the performance of the Yoto website and apps, while evolving our CMS.
* Drive the internationalisation of Yoto’s digital stores, making sure we deliver a smooth and consistent experience across global markets.
What you’ll bring:
* ECommerce expert with a deep understanding of best practices and what makes a great online shopping experience.
* App & Web eCommerce experience is a must - you know how to create seamless, high-converting digital journeys.
* Comfortable working closely with commercial teams, understanding their needs and empowering them to drive success.
* Strong Product Discovery skills - you know how to quickly identify the right method to get answers, articulate opportunities clearly, and validate ideas before jumping into solutions.
* Passionate about product - we’re looking for PMs who love to collaborate and support fellow PMs.
* A natural at ruthless prioritisation, focusing on high-impact opportunities that drive outcomes, not just outputs.
* Skilled at bringing teams, senior leadership, and the wider business along for the journey.
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 based on experience. We never want to miss out on great candidates, so don’t let our banding put you off reaching out - there’s sometimes flexibility for the right fit!

* Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of twice a month. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
