About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work closely with teachers, students, and parents to provide an exceptional learning experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in primary education and supporting those with SEN. You will: Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them achieve their full potential. Support the class teacher with planning, classroom management, and resources. Encourage positive social interactions and emotional well-being among pupils. Work collaboratively with the school team to create a nurturing learning environment. About You: The successful candidate will have: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a primary school environment, preferably with SEN pupils. A proactive, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting children’s learning and development.
