Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
MAPP is a market leader in the management of commercial and mixed-use property, managing around GBP 30 billion of commercial property and 5,000 occupiers throughout the United Kingdom for a variety of leading funds, REITs and other investors in Real Estate.
This person should have at least 3 years on the ground operational experience within a flexible workspace (i.e. co-working centre), multi-let business space or wider hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Occupier satisfaction and on-boarding
* Day to day supplier relationships
* Assisting with sales performance
* Being the face of the business to occupiers
* Spotting opportunities to enhance customer services and occupier satisfaction
* Supporting the smooth running of the Centre
* Stepping up in the Centre Manager's absence

* Regularly review all building amenities and engage with occupiers to identify changes in requirements.

* Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages.

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications: 3 years experience on the ground operational experience within a multi-let/hospitality/membership experience.
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary Range: GBP 25,000 - GBP 26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
