Your responsibilities will include: Review referrals and determine appropriateness for admission Conduct admission assessments and maintain effective management plans of all young people on the unit Conduct risk assessments and review regularly Allocate specialist psychological treatments in line with individual needs Assess physical health Ensuring effective liaison with referring teams Facilitating regular CPA review meeting Act as Responsible Clinician for young people detained under the Mental Health Act Involvement in quality, inspections and governance processes You will also be required to take part in the On Call Consultant rota.
