Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our team in Penn on a full-time, permanent contract.
As a Paraplanner, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal relationships, managing all client documentation, and producing quality financial planning reports.

What you’ll do as a Paraplanner:
* Produce financial planning reports for consideration and signoff by advisers considering standards for suitability and quality.
* Analyse client portfolios/products and other relevant information to prepare the above.
* Obtain illustrations and supporting documents as required to complete the advice file for presentation to the client.
* Prepare cash flow analysis as required.
* Provide accurate, technical research to ensure that the client file carries all required information to support the recommendations.
* Liaise with the Compliance department as necessary throughout the advice process.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure all client documentation is saved accordingly to the correct files.
* Refer all client complaints and concerns promptly to your Manager, the Adviser, and the Compliance Officer.
* Communicate with colleagues and product providers as needed.
* Attend regular Paraplanning meetings to discuss ongoing work and ensure advice approach across the team is similar.
* Maintain the workflow log including the addition of new work requests and updating of completed work.
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified Paraplanner (level 4 diploma) or working towards a level 4 would be considered.
* Experience working within Wealth and Investment management would be desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office.
* The ideal candidate would additionally have knowledge of using Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, and Cash Calc (an advantage).
