Role Description:
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for consultative selling and a track record of success in subscription-based sales.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at IBISWorld. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for driving growth opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business prospects to achieve sales targets.
Day-to-Day responsibilities:
* Identify and engage corporate clients, building relationships with key decision-makers
* Present and demonstrate the value of IBISWorld’s industry research solutions
* Meeting with clients, both virtually and in-person
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in a supportive and high-energy environment
Requirements:
* Strong sales and business development skills
* Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of industry research and data analysis
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Previous experience of using Sales Methodologies such as MEDDIC
* Experience in the market research or consulting industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
