The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a portfolio of around 140 residential properties, overseeing the entire rental process-from inventory check-ins to tenancy terminations -while ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of let residential properties, handling repairs, tenancy renewals, and property maintenance. Conduct six-monthly inspections, advising landlords and tenants on necessary actions. Act as the main point of contact for landlords, providing updates on maintenance, accounts, and compliance matters. Oversee check-ins and check-outs, negotiating deposit returns and ensuring smooth transitions. Identify and recommend property upgrades and refurbishments to maximise rental income. Maintain strong working knowledge of lettings compliance and regulations. Support the management of properties owned by institutional landlords, ensuring investment goals and compliance standards are met. What We're Looking For Previous experience in property management or a similar role within the property sector. You must have your own car. Parking is available. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing a busy workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
