The Performance and Planning team supports the COO, Executive Committee, and Board with insights on channel performance. We are a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to showcasing COO performance alongside our commercial expertise.
How you’ll make a difference
The Manager, Performance and Reporting, will support the team in delivering polished, regular reports on customer channels, strategic objectives, key indicators, and strategic plan delivery.
You will be responsible for specific reporting components, interrogating and challenging data, and creating high-quality presentation packs for senior stakeholders using the most suitable formats.
You will also build collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business performance and its drivers.
